Countertop Edge Recommendation

Hello,

I'm looking for countertop edge recommendations for a kitchen refresh. We are having 2cm marble-like quartz installed on the perimeter and island. The problem we have is that the current tile countertop overhangs the top of the cabinets by 2-3 cm. We will need some sort of stacked edge to cover the top of the cabinets where the old tile was. We are leaning toward a mitered edge or something like a setback apron edge. We want to avoid an obvious seam that we would get with a straight stacked edge. The kitchen has kind of a vintage/antique feel with stained glass windows above the sink and on an adjacent door. We will have a white subway style backsplash, along with new hardware, lights, appliances, an under mount sink, and a bridge faucet. Please help.
