We have the SZ beverage fridge in our kitchen. I never noticed any noise from it! Its absolutely quiet.

For what it’s worth, we just had to replace an older beverage fridge and the repair guy said that SZ are the only thing made today to be repairable.

Have had both SZ and Perlick. Perlick hands down. Get the 24 inch undercounter frig and add a couple wine pullouts. In mourning as we moved and had to leave the Perlick.

I know that this is not one of your listed brands, and I was hesitant to order because of not finding reviews...but my Zephyr bev ctr is pretty much silent. I had it operating as a back up fridge during our reno, and now it's in the right place inside a cabinet. Pretty quiet even out in the open, but now silent. It has been plugged in for over a year now.

We had the under counter frig, not a cooler. Kept everything nice and cold, and could be used as extra frig. The SZ was a wine cooler, dual zone, and at best kept things cool. Don't remember noise as an issue with either one.

For the 24" SZ, if you don't need fancy wine storage, you save some money by just ordering the beverage fridge.

Love my Perlick, very quiet.

I would not recommend Marvel. I have their beverage fridge with an ice maker in a “game” room. It is noisy particularly compared to a Uline I had in a prior house and the Liebherr in this home. I have two Liebherr - one indoor and one outdoor. Very much like them. Totally silent. Have had all of them now for 5 1/2 yers. No issues thus far.

What is the price delta between Perlick and SZ

I am also deciding between those two brands. what did you guys end up choosing and are you happy with it? we are also noise sensitive

Very happy with our SZ beverage fridge. Very quiet. Pretty and we store white wine on the top rack which is a pullout blond wood shelf. Its been going strong for 8 years now with no issues.
