There is No " overhang " in a corner install.

There should be only front sidel left side. And a four inch splash.... Back side and right side only.

Don't leave a " dumb" dust catcher space on the right side..

If the vanity is three finished sides? Ready made? You still only use 1" past cabinet., plus riser in back only.

My point? If there is room for four inches of hang?? You should have a 30 inch wide Vanity :)

I wouldn't do more than the standard 1.5" overhang on the open side. It will make the vanity look off-kilter when viewed from the front.

@JAN MOYER Correct, no overhang in the corner, it will be flush there. So if I'm facing the sink, the left side will be against the wall (that's how it currently is and has to be) and the toilet is to my right. Trying to figure out overhang on the right side toward the toilet.

I don't see the point of an extra overhang, which to me would look like a mistake. I'd make the side overhang exactly the same as the front overhang. Then use a 6" self backsplash on the two corner walls.

You keep the standard overhang. One inch beyond cabinet DOOR FACE . If you wanted more top? You get a 30 inch vanity not 27"

No to the "EXTRA" HANG. NO. ANY DECENT FABRICATOR WOULD AGREE. NO.
