Newby trying to get ideas for layout on 1st floor of old home close to beach
See rough layout below- looking ideally for kitchen, family tv room, dining room, bathroom, possible office/library with pullout sofa if needed
Would like to have doors onto back deck / yard
Also would like entrance hall closet / mud room for shoes, some beach stuff etc
Entrance is on right hand side as are the stairs up to 2nd floor- need to find place for stairs down to basement as currently in middle of layout
