If you put WFW9620H in the search box in Laundry you will find 3 threads. These are the only threads discussing. I don't think the WFW8620 model is any closer to being available at HD either. That's my preference of any WP front load models. I personally still prefer Whirlpool front loaders because of their significant flexibility and less restrictive to options and loads sizes as compared to LG.

I have the 8620 series and It is a good fit for our family. I prefer powdered detergent but my husband can't figure out how much to use so he uses the load and go. Mine doesn't have WIFI, but I don't need it. I don't use fabric softener so don't miss that feature. My dryer is just a dryer with steam, no WIFI. I think that adding WIFI is ridiculous, I don't run them when I am not home and my laundry room is right by the garage door. My daughter bought a LG set 5 months ago and she really likes it. Good luck finding the right one.
