Best tubular skylight brand

Several years ago, these were all the rage on this forum. Dd is thinking of one of these in her third floor new build space.

which brand is the best? Not finding anything recent on search.

I think we put in Solatubes in our last house, but that was 20 years ago. We didn’t have many choices, they may have been the only company in the area then. And there seem to be so many more features available now. Sorry I’m no help, but I know your DD will enjoy them!

Solatubes or Velux Sun Tunnels are both quality brands and would considered among the best without a doubt.

SolaTube gets my vote; that is what is used in the previous home. Got a new roof and had the roofers install the outside portion; later had grandson do the interior connection.
