My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Avant/après - Rénovation et optimisation d'un petit appartement

Bonjour,


Difficile de se projeter dans ce petit appartement parisien de 35 m2 !
Ce projet a nécessité une rénovation totale. L'idée était de changer la disposition des pièces.


  • Salon

Pour rappeler le charme parisien, nous avons ajouté des moulures murales, un parement de cheminées en marbre et installé un parquet en chevron.

La cuisine a été ouverte vers le salon.

Vu le budget limité, la cuisine a été conçue avec des caissons de chez IKEA et la décoration d'intérieur a été réalisée par nos soins.

Les WC ont été créés séparément à la salle de bain qui celle-ci est attenante à la chambre parentale.

      Bonjour ! . En voilà un qui en avait bien besoin , cet appartement va pouvoir recevoir plus facilement . La cuisine est très bien vue , un espace bureau aurai pu être ajouté dans la chambre , entre la ou les penderies ? . Le cadre au-dessus de la tête de lit doit recevoir une photo , peinture ? . Ce serait bien pour ce genre de sujet , d'accompagner les photos de plans .

      Belle réalisation bien agencé pour un petit espace.
      Chaque pièce est bien aéré sans surcharge de meuble.

      C'est simple, mais très joliment refait et très harmonieux. Seul hic pour mes goûts : la salle d'eau trop blanche et ses carreaux trop vus. J'adore la cuisine et le parquet.

      Bonjour, belle rénovation en effet ! J'aime bien ces petits espaces où il faut se casser un peu la tête pour faire rentrer tout le programme du confort moderne, que ce soit en jouant sur les volumes, matériaux, contrastes, lumière ...
