I need to identify my HVAC model based on pictures. Label is all wear out and unreadable. Brand is Carrier

Addition help regarding to troubleshooting the issue will also be great. We recently replaced thermostat (Nest), original wasn't even working (Honeywell mercury).

Heat mode is intermitting, sometimes it works sometimes it's NOT especially if set to temperature after time meaning by to keep the temperature after reaching.

I hear ignition clicking but it doesn't seem like it ignites since fan never turns ON due to temperature never reaching or this is my assumption,
