We plan to remodel the second floor. The target is that each bedroom has its own bathroom and a closet. The existing floor plan is as below - numbers in the floor plan indicate length and width in 'foot'.

What we would like to have is the following:

1. Master bathroom - double vanity, toilet, shower and tub

2. Second bathroom (for the front room) - double vanity, toilet, shower

3. Third bathroom (for the middle room) - single vanity, toilet, shower.

4. Master bedroom will have a walk-in closet.

5. Washer/ dryer will stay somewhere on this floor.
