Hi. I am so sorry. When renovating, you need to take into consideration furniture layout prior to renovating.

I have to be honest: in my opinion, the tv will look terrible shoved to the right of the fireplace. Look at the fireplace as a general feature in the space, to be enjoyed by the entire room.

Option 1)

Put tv on. 58" wall to right of entry. Float sofa to face it. Add another furniture grouping by the bay window.

OPtion 2)

Put tv on 56" wall to the right of the dining room opening. Face sofa to the tv.

For the other large, open area, stage it with another furniture grouping. This could be whatever you want. It could be a pool table......a reading area, etc.

Thanks for your comment. We didn’t do much of a renovation... other than giving the fireplace a facelift - replacing brick with stone. Appreciate you sending your ideas.
