#1 - Angled tubs are dated. It's something they did in the 1990's. Just make sure you have enough room to get around the tub for cleaning.

How do you propose cleaning behind the angled tub? Consider the worst case disaster when an entire bottle of body wash or cup of tea ends up dumped back there and shatters.

All, thank you SO much for the help here. I have updated my original post with dimensions and added a new square tub option. Additionally, there are photos of the current space. Note the slanted ceiling. It won't come into play with the design but may make things interesting if I want to fully enclose the shower.

@Terry Davis - Since changing the tub to rectangle, does it need to be freestanding, or would you consider an under mount like pictured below

Actually it would not be freestanding. I’d definitely under mount it. The black lines were meant to represent a box frame. :)

I would pick design 3. Free standing tubs looks really nice in a bathroom and keeping at an angle will create a focal point in your bathroom. Just make sure you pick a size of a tub where it can have a decent amount of space all around it to make it easy for cleaning. Built in tubs are more practical though when it comes to ease of cleaning but I would still go for free standing because they look so nice! Just do a regular quick sweep around it on a regular basis to avoid build up. Also, I would suggest to remove the glass blocks from the windows and install regular windows if your budget allows.

I like number 5 best. You might even be able to fit a 39 inch vanity instead of the 36 vanity near the tub and add two drawers.
