What is the piece under the word "REF"? a freezer? fridge?

Put the W/D on the back wall and move the sink to the fridge run.

Move the washer and dryer to the short back wall, either on either side of the sink, or with a piece of counter between them (under the window). Personally, I'd put a drop down counter over the sink that I could raise up for the few times I'd need the sink - but some people like a more polished look than a drop down counter surface.
