Megan, have you fed your succulent recently?

It looks to me like you have the plant in "rich" soil (not aerating too well) and in a ceramic planter which probably doesn't have much of a drainage hole at the bottom, and also holds moisture in.

When I see leaves turning yellow and white, it usually signifies too much water retention in the pot. I wonder if you put all those plants into a clay pot with soil that was about 50% perlite or pumice, if it wouldn't do a little better.
