We use a particular type of flagstone for coping, to greatly limit the flaking that is seen so much on other flagstone. The flagstone is still natural flagstone and purchased by the pallet, however, we hand fit/select each piece as it is placed on the bond beam, cut the back size smooth and have a trademark way that we hand chip and then cut the inside of the flagstone so that the customer can lean against it while in the water.
