My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It has held up well for 3-4 years now. It does not get direct sunlight in summer; and although it gets wet, I sometimes cover it when I know we are having a big rain. The cushion covers that come with it are cheap and faded almost immediately (sadly). They now sell Sunbrella replacement covers which I may buy, because Sunbrella material hold up so well.
