My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    this is a custom lock box made for a wine cellar we completed for an estate. The internal mechanism is also made in house. It's about 10" x 6" made of bronze and tool steel (internal). It's fabricated, hand tooled, machine tooled and forged. Labor intensive. A few more photos of the lock (front, side and back) are attached. Also a couple of the wine cellar. We did all the iron, bronze etc.

    au natural...I love it. Nothing ostentatious about it, except for the Petrus on the table ;)
