We are building a garage where carport currently is (second pic) and bonus room on top. House has khaki trim (around windows and gutters). Should our second floor addition exterior as well as the garage door be khaki (we're using board and batten)? Or should we splurge and paint entire house white so that we can do white board and batten? We are worried we'll hate all that khaki color. And, if paint it white, do we leave front steps red brick? We have an English-garden style red brick patio w/ red brick walls in backyard- I assume leave that and the walls red as well? Thank you!
