Why not a gray glass large format subway tile in a stacked patteren with matching grout.

I love the look of glass tile but we have had terrible issues with glass tile in the past.

HI! So we installed glass tile in our shower and within weeks (before the shower was even used), the several of the tiles started cracking and some of the tiles looked cloudy or dark. It might have been caused by installation error but I'm told that this can happen even when installed correctly. Hope this helps!

@Carrie Branca Hi! I went with Ravello glossy 3x12 white tile. Here's a pic of it next to the white dove cabinets. Looks great with both the cabinets and the Karis quartz.

@Carrie Branca Here are a few pics. It's hard to tell in the pics but the tile has some movement to it so it's interesting to look at.

I love it! I actually love everything about your kitchen.. I got a sample of the same tile and I think it is going to work, so I am so excited. What color grout did you use? It looks white but if you can tell me the exact shade I would really appreciate it. You have been so sweet to share everything!
