Door Knob Removal Help

Hello. Just moved into a home with ~1970s Baldwin Door Knobs. There are two holes on the actual knob part with a smaller hole inside, and I’ve tried sticking many things in (paper clip, screw driver, push pin, nail, etc) and nothing will release the knob. Any advice? Thank you.
