I'm growing several cultivars but these Cherokee purple are wilting

It's hard to tell from the pic but when the plants reach that size I water them from the bottom to help prevent damping off disease (keeping the plant roots in the moist zone while keeping the soil surface relatively dry). Best guess.

I don't see any problem with the tomato seedlings.
