Identification and possible disease.... any help is appreciated

Hello there all... i recently purchased this Hoya and just happened to notice this little round spot on the green side of one leaf and looked closer to find lots of dark spots on the under side of another leaf... not sure what it could be.. i have it in the same pot and only watered lightly once since i've had it.

Overall the plant looks to be really healthy. I wouldn't panic or do anything about it just yet. I think it's normal. Hopefully others may chime in, but if it were mine I'd leave it alone, watch it and keep doing what you're doing. My opinion - it's not serious but probably very normal.

This is hoya obovata.

Sometimes those black spots are the start of a rotting leaf. Don't be shocked if you lose that leaf at some point. But like Bill said, I wouldn't panic just now. Just keep an eye on it for other signs of rot.
