Are there other under-construction homes nearby without sod? We had fill sand blow in for months until the neighbors put sod down. My grandparent's are dealing with the same issue. They're in a 40 yr old established neighborhood, but the there's new construction a few blocks over.

The dust is all over. Unlikely that it is the environment. With the house being shut tight all the time, even if it is the env it should not get in. No ducts to clean.

I used to run the air purifier when it was new construction but have reduced it a lot these days. Maybe I need to run it more often.

But overall the dust is concerning.

Dust is mostly dead skin cells. Exfoliate in the shower and then moisturize.

Most homes operate at a slightly negative pressure. Unless you live in a home that's so tight you have zero air changes/hour you're pulling in outdoor air and whatever it contains.

I remember battling new construction dust for a very long time. I specifically remember it being 2 summers before I didn't have to wash windows and floors nearly as often.
