Water leaking in due to "improper installation?"

Windows were impact resistance Mulled Windows and installer never caulked and sealed where the two windows met. So there was a hole and with any driving rain since 2019 it was just sending water under the sill and down the wall... because it wasn't that large of a gap unfortunately the damage didn't make itself known until we noticed clear bowing and separating of this laminate floor last month. :-( Window installer is doing the right thing and addressing all including the damage to my condo but the trick is finding this flooring..... that's the biggest issue.. :-(

Three years ago. (Sounds like it had been discontinued two years before it was installed in your Condo!

Thanks Stax, I saw that link and weird it say 3 years ago posted and it's through the store direct. Spoke with direct HQ customer service and they don't even have stock in distribution centers! Hoping maybe this isn't a dead end and send a message to the seller on that site already. :)

AquaGuard Flooring

Couple of year old Houzz Thread that has recent posts re the product. Maybe contact a few of the recent posters and message them asking for them to get the Company Number off the boxes.

There is always an option to 'harvest' flooring from one room so that the main room(s) can achieve the repair you are looking for.

You then look at a different floor for the room that you needed to pull from. It isn't great but it is MUCH CHEAPER than redoing the ENTIRE space.

I've seen this done many times. It takes a slow, steady hand to remove all the planks in a single room. The edges on the Aquaguard is fragile...but not impossible to work with. The good planks are used to repair the other room (and the rest set aside for another repair in the next 20 years).

The empty room can have a complimentary floor (I would stay away from a wood look but it's up to you.

Thanks SJ - it is an option, the other choice is changing the flooring in the two bedrooms and putting a transition at the doorways, not ideal as one of the appeals when we purchased this property last year was the fact that the floors ran throughout - but replacing 1200 sq ft of flooring is definitely more of an undertaking vs only two rooms... and I'm reading a lot about how fragile the Aquaguard edges are so I feel like once they start tearing up the flooring to see how far the water damage went we're just going to be looking at a new flooring regardless.

I haave same problem..let me know if you had solution with same flooring..if not i can sale my flooring, if yes let me know becasue i need one box for me.
