convert basement garage door to "regular door" or other options

We are renovating a basement space that has a garage door that lets air and critters inside. We want to change it to either a swing open garage door or perhaps a door and windows. Wanting some inspiration and ideas. Something that allows a lot of light would be wonderful

I have edited and added pictures so you can see the door that I want to change out and how it sits on the property. I want to use this space as an indoor extension for the patio area and as another family room

This is how the previous owners closed in the garage door that used to be here (garage is now a family room and they built a detached garage behind the house since we live on a corner):

We have a single door in the middle and the glass windows on each side of the door are double pane which helps to keep out drafts especially during this time of year!

Infilling an overhead garage door can be done simply, or with more detail and work to make it look like it was never there - your choice. Two things to address - if your slab is lower than the house, that may be something you want to address with framing a floor inside. Also, if you have a driveway that meets up flush with the slab, that is an entry point for water.
