My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello,


    The flooring is 8" wide hickory, using a combination of select and rustic grades. Not exactly sure of the stain/finish because that was handled by the designer, but I believe it is a clear finish (to enhance the natural characteristics of that wood species). It's gorgeous!
