My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How do you pull the corner detail off?

Your siding edge detail is beautiful. Can you explain if that's a custom wood trim or metal angle or something else? It's really hard to understand how you pulled that off in the photo. I absolutely love the simplicity it exudes.

    Thanks for the kind words! The corner detail is executed with a custom stainless steel shape -- a "+" (plus shaped) profile.

      Incredible home! Can you tell me the wood species and color stain that you used 1) around the windows and 2) the ceiling? Thanks!

      The exterior siding is cypress, and the stain is "Driftwood" SLT by Broda. The ceiling is doug fir, and the finish is ZAR® ULTRA MAX WATERBORNE OIL MODIFIED POLYURETHANE.
