My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

are you able to share details of flooring used in family room/kitchen. Love it

    I'm glad that you like the flooring. It is a wood laminate made by Mohawk. The style is Kincade, in color Glazed Honeynut Cherry. Always be sure to use a good quality underlayment when installing wood laminate. It helps to prevent that clicking sound when walking across the floor and also makes the floor feel softer. It's an added expense that is definitely worth the extra cost.
