Ferguson has a great showroom and you’re able to play with and try a lot of high end products and appliances. We bought our kitchen appliances through them. That said they are not designers and they’re definitely not cheap. If you’re not sure what you’re doing or want, you should get a kitchen designer.

I bought a lot of my kitchen fixtures, bathroom lighting, and sinks at Fergusons and have been very happy with the quality. I brought my own designer to work with their salesperson. It seemed to work out well.

It depends. Some of the sales consultants are very good and have a good eye for design. The Ferguson that I shop at, in Southampton, NY (used to be Blackman, but Ferguson bought them) has a woman who I think has great taste and has helped me with four baths. She is now helping me with my kitchen and another bath. I feel very confident working with her.

if you educate yourself on the internet and get an idea of what you like, I think that you can do well with Ferguson.

IMO you get an independant KD who has access to many different options for cabinets and that is how you get the best design
