Post some pics in an ideabook to give us an idea of your "zen."

Get a serene art work for over the bed with an abstract woodlands or water image. Then do plain white cotton or linen bedding with a blanket or throw in a color pulled from the art work. Add a cozy rug. A large mirror over the dress will pull in light from the window. Get natural bamboo shades or white linen curtains that can be pulled closed at night.

Note simple white curtains.
