Previous experience has been limited to deep but undersized reach in pantry that became a black hole. Looking for feedback on this design for walk in pantry. It's a redo of an existing space, not new, so the room dimensions are set. Pocket door. I plan to add shallow spice storage to the right wall.

My gut says 14 and 16 inch deep shelves are too deep. The height will be adjustable. I don't need counter space for appliances. This is a Chevy, not a Mercedes. :)

(The freezer and wine fridge are going in, so please don't tell me it's not good to have them in a space with food storage. It'll be air conditioned and we keep the house cold. The freezer door will open in the other direction.)
