I think you should go with different color (lighter/darker) for shutters, such as to be close to roof color.

Thank you for responding. The roof was replaced last year and that is why I was considering SW 6159. I cannot get the SW color app to render for me. You seem to have the ability so could you please show me the rendering with my color choice or give me the # and brand of the one you used. Thank you!!

I first tried High Tea and did not like it, so I went with Enduring Bronze SW.

Thank you so much! I finally got the SW app to work somewhat but not covering as well as your pictures do. I had tried on 6160 Best Bronze and really liked it but I’m grateful to see your picture with the old color completely covered. Do you have any thoughts about the posts and beams since they must now be painted to cover. I’m leaning toward the same as shutters and just sand marine varnish on the door. It's provides a satin finish and really stands up to the TN sun. The wood has a lot of green tones naturally.

I like wood looking posts. You can keep it as it is.

Thanks again for responding. I like them stained too but they must be painted in order to cover repairs due to carpenter bee damage. So the question is, dark brown like the gutters or the SW Best Bronze like the shutters? I’m leaning shutter color since it will look like dark brown anyway most of the day and is camouflaged by set back and tree. Thoughts please?

I would go with trim color then.
