We have a master bedroom, bathroom, closet, and vanity area that take up the back 1/3 of the house. We want to update the bathroom without moving the plumbing, add a juliet balcony (or just large windows) in the master bedroom, and integrate an upstairs laundry that is currently housed in a 4th bedroom (to make our house back to a 4 bedroom). Our master bedroom is very large so we can steal space from that as needed. We will be able to do most of the work ourselves but I am really stuck on how to redesign this space best. I don't believe any of the walls within the space are load bearing but will have to confirm that. And although this is a master bath, we currently only have one sink with the separate vanity area and would like to keep the vanity (my) area separate. So what I need is design help but we don't need full architectural drawings. We are in the GTA but working virtually I guess that doesn't matter.
