My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Torn between 2 runners- help me choose!

I’m about to replace my stairway runner in my center hall colonial. #1 is a medium grey and # 2 a deeper grey. The lighter blends better with my DR ( to the right of foyer), but afraid it might look washed out. The deeper would be more of a pop but maybe not fit in too well with the rest of my home. Maybe the herringbone pattern itself fights with the Ogee wallpaper and I should go simpler ??Opinions?
Pics include 2 choices , DR on right and colors of LR on left of foyer.
