My question is after watching this video. I went ahead and took a large pothos vine and I have an idea. I think I want to have those pictus to grow up that huge vine I ripped it out of a tree and this guy look like he did it and it grew for him. I know the vine looks bald but I bet you can find these growing huge everywhere in Florida up a tree he says they get really big after 24 feet tall he also did it with philodendrons. So my idea is has anyone done this before has anyone used a Mature vine to grow plants almost as a replacement of a moss pole. I just recently got into house plans and unfortunately that’s all that I have but the first thing I added to my collection is a golden Pothos vine that first picture I took. The second picture I wanted to grow upword. Has anyone tried that before please comment I am a new plant parent I’m 49 years old I am stuck at home and all I seem to be doing is trying to find plants for company. The third picture is just some thing I wanna train up whenever I have enough money to buy it LOL. But this guy has his golden Pothos growing like a tree and I’m sorry I am so obsessed with pothos look

He harvested *very* mature vines in a climate where they probably only take a few years to get that thick. The mature vines are strong enough to stand on their own. If you have vines like that, go for it. Otherwise, you can grow pothos on a moss pole for support and then you could prune off lower leaves as it produces more leaves at the top if you want that kind of "tree-like" look.

Oh wow I am very intrigued and I’m more excited about seeing what comes out of it more than a regular golden Pothos. I do live in Florida so it’s very humid here. It blows my mind . I just noticed the other day how they grow up trees like that. I’m going to experiment and see how it grows harvesting it wasn’t easy though let’s hope for the good and for a growth😳Do you know of any other plants that grow indoors. I am dying to fill my room with a jungle
