My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Propellers, an idea from Theresa

I wanted some easy patterns to work on down here in Palm Desert. I got this idea from a quilt Theresa made a few months back. It's great for using up scraps. Every fabric was once used on other quilt I made. I cut all the pieces back home and assembled the blocks down here. I will probably put a white border on it, but I'll wait until I get back home, because my set-up isn't exactly ideal for quilting here. On to the next top. Thanks, Theresa.
