Arabian Jasmine Repotting questions

Hello! I am coastal zone 10b. I'd like to grow Arabian Jasmine outside on my southeast facing deck and train to grow on a trellis for a privacy partition from my neighbors deck.
An online nursery (https://www.plantvine.com/product/jasminum-sambac-arabian-jasmine-sambac-jasmine/?attribute_pa_size=largebush) has them for sale in a large growers pot. I'm planning on commissioning a local woodworker to make planter boxes. The area I want to cover is ~6ft wide, with room for ~1foot depth.
Now my questions :)
1. How many plants should I use? (I read online that they should be repotted slowly)
2. How deep should the planter box be? (also read online not to give them too much room when repotting)
3. I'm assuming the height of the plant will depend on the depth of pot, if so how tall should the trellis be?
The least amount of height I want for privacy is ~7ft (from the floor). I need the planter to be raised off the floor so I will account for that when calculating everything.
I'm not looking for exact dimensions - approximations and tips are greatly appreciated! I've been googling last couple days and having a hard time drawing a conclusion. Thanks for reading!
