It is what it is. Plumb is plumb. Math is cruel sometimes. Put a Corian cap on it and it'll look like you planned it that way. Nice looking tile work; that's rare here.

100% agree with Joseph. 100 year old houses are entitled to have some quirks.

You are lucky you made the correct hire. You could have been here asking why the tiles were uneven, wonky and all over the place.

I agree with the others, the tile job looks good and very professionally done and it could have been a lot worst or turned into a nightmare if someone else with less experience was doing the job.

With that said, looking at the 2nd picture you can see that corner is way off, if other walls were checked you would have come to the same conclusion that there will be an issue. There is not much choice left, work with what you have and deal with the outcome or demo the entire bathroom, level all the walls, etc and start fresh... which of course it will jack up the cost, bigger mess, etc.

As others and I've said earlier, you're very fortunate to find a tile guy who knew what he was doing who did a superb job for you.

Great tole job and as Joseph said a nice cap and no one will ever know it was not on purpose.

Now Ask said craftsman if you can pay him to float the walls out with plaster.
