It looks good. Am just questioning combining a laundry room with a powder room.

• @Norwood Architects The laundry in that bathroom was the original layout of the house. We looked at tons of options to move the laundry, even tried to bring the laundry upstairs but nothing worked. I would have had to give up my walk in closet in the master which was a non-negotiable. Or move the laundry to the basement which was also not an option. Our floor plan is really limited. The laundry/half bath on the first floor is in every home in our neighborhood. The builder must have had an affinity for that set up. :)

Great job! I'm struggling to figure out how/where to bring my laundry up from 'the dungeon.'

When I was growing up we had a laundry combo in the kitchen area and that did not work well at all. Sometimes the laundry gets backed up and it makes a mess. Better to have it somewhere where you can shut the door and leave it until you have time to do it.
