Recommendations for drill/driver set?

I am a DIYer that does minor home repairs and maybe one significant project per year. Last year, I did an 8x10 shed/bunkhouse, this year it will be garden boxes, that sort of thing.

I have a Ryobi cordless drill, Ryobi cordless brad nailer, Dewalt circular saw (corded) and am wondering if I should get the Ryobi drill/driver set so I can exchange batteries or if I should upgrade to Dewalt or maybe Bosch.

I know Ryobi doesn't get the love that Dewalt or Bosch does, but I haven't had any issues with mine and the cost is less.

Do you think the difference in performance is worth the cost for someone who doesn't use it on a constant basis?
