My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The door is custom made by Dynamic Architectural Windows & Doors. It's a combination of Teak and aluminum cladding. It was priced along with the entire window and door package. If we were to hazard a guess, the entire assembly is probably in the neighborhood of $25,000.
