Thanks! Perfect Moment is very close, maybe mine is a sport of it. But I have seen it in the nursery here, and the yellow washes out in the heat, mine never fades. Plus no ruffles.
I saved Beth in NorCal's photo here, she is close to me so weather is comparable. First her photo, then my two. My two photos were taken at 2:30 then 5 hours later at 7:30! So weird for ruffles to happen so fast!

Carla, LOL, the first thing I thought when seeing your pics was "Perfect Moment, but not really". Then I saw Seil's comment. The colors and shape of the blooms don't seem quite right for PM. But I also don't think Beth's pics of PM look a lot like my experience with it either. YMMV!

What about Brothers Grimm Fairy Tale? It has the same orangey red with yellow reverse going on. No pictures on HMF but do a google image search...

Could your rose be Granada? I say that because Granada combines pink , orange, red and yellow more often than roses like say Perfect Moment, which almost always steer toward orange. Granada would be highly fragrant. (I’m sure if you’ve already grown Granada you already know if this is it).

Granada does look close, but mine has no fragrance. It could be my climate though.
There is one nursery here who might carry it--I should go check it out look at the flowers.
