Flat packed sleeper sofas?

Can anyone suggest a self assembly / flat packed sleeper sofa besides ikea? We need a guest bed in our basement but the angle of the stairs and low ceiling makes it impossible to fit any large furniture down. The bed will be used for mother-in-law visits and kids sleepovers. The couch will be used for movie nights and kid hangouts.
