My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    the island cabinetry measures 7'6" x 4'.

    Thank you, Dale! We’re planning an 8’x4’ island and I like how you have the open space for the 4th chair on the side...but still allows room for additional drawers. Our kitchen remodel also includes a range flanked by windows and no upper cabinets. I really like the hanging shelves as well. Will post a pic of our project when it’s finished...but likely a year out at this point! Thanks again!!
