That looks like a plain 1x4 with cheap library molding stacked on top. Not something anyone wants to dust. Plus the other issues.

A good door and window shop usually has lots of molding options to look at.

Check local lumber yards too. The trend seems to be for less fussy, more transitional/modern trim, but for some reason they are hard to find and most shops have the same old traditional designs.

Metrie is the only place I've seen baseboard with that non-traditional bead that runs down the middle. It's available in 9 and 7", you would have to rip it. That looks like a standard profile at the top with an ogee. You could take a trip to your local lumber yard and bring home small lengths of baseboard, put them against the wall and see how you like them. If you insist on that bead in the middle you may have to have a custom millwork shop create it if you're not able to using a trim router.

You can always have a high-end custom shop make a shaper cutter blade to match your profile and mill as much stock as you like. Take a piece of the existing molding to them to match.
