Where can I buy a quality sofa?

I recently had a new sofa delivered to me that was infested with termites. After posting my issue on the company’s FB page, a corporate manager called to schedule pickup of the sofa that day and refund my money. It was a traumatic experience that I don’t want to go through again. I now have no sofa. I have researched the internet and noticed complaints about several well known and even high-end furniture stores. Where can I go in Palm Beach County, Florida, to buy a new sofa from a company that provides furniture and exceptional customer service? Thank you.

I'm currently searching for a sofa set and I'm leaning toward Flexsteel myself. My research has shown me that they seem to wear well over all and last very long. I'm in the midwest and purchased a set from Value City in 2014, and the power reclining mechanism is still going super strong, but the dual seat sofa has become flat at the back and we can feel the wood, and the seats have become flat in the middle and all you can feel is the metal bar. We had to stuff one of the cushions it came with and it's still uncomfortable.

I’m not familiar with Florida furniture stores but I love my Flexsteel sectional with Kashmira fabric. I’d find someone who carry’s this product.

See if you can find a showroom that carries Vanguard furniture. They are expensive but excellent quality and made here in the US. I would be beside myself if I had an insect infested piece of furniture delivered to me. That's terrible!

I also love my Flexsteel sofa sofas. I have had them many years and they look as good as the day we purchased them.

Cheri127, yes, the termites were in ever room of my condo. I believe I caught them in the nick of time. I will check out vanguard and flex steel. Thank you
