I purchased this home and wanted to know what this discoloration is. It’s kind of chalky and white at the joints. Some of it has brown. Pressure washing didn’t help much but it could kind of be scratched off with my fingernail. The stone under my lanai are perfect but near the pool some of the stone has this problem. Could it be failing sealer? See attached pictures, last pic is under lanai. Thanks! :)
