How to cool a small home office without a window AC?

I'm trying to figure out how to cool my home office this summer. It's 8' x 6' with 9' ceiling.

I would like to avoid putting a window AC in the home office because I have lots of zoom meetings that would be disrupted by the noise of the AC.

I'm considering bringing in cold air from the room next door (that has a window AC). Is that a viable solution? How best to implement it?

I was thinking of some ducting with an inline duct fan. Would that work? How big would I have to size the fan in terms of duct size and CFM?

The new high efficiency window ACs are very quiet and inexpensive. You could put one in and turn it off during your meetings.

Or you could open a window and turn on a fan.

Are there windows? Are they shaded from the sun? Which way do they face?

@mtvhike: Ultimately, I may have to get a window AC but that's a last resort.

@outpaientzero: I'm in Brooklyn where summers are hot and humid so fan in window will unfortunately not do.

Sorry, that info was missing, as was detail on windows asked by @wdccruise: One window facing east and not shaded from the sun.

Heat sources in the room are two monitors, three laptops and, probably most relevant, two humans.
