Before you go looking at wall paint make suare all the lighting is the same and I suggest all LED bulbs in 4000K then choose 3 colors you like and 3 large poster boards get sample cans of the 3 colors and apint each board with 2 coats of a color then move those around at all times of theday and see what works. IMO maybe the issue is the house does not want to be gray so I would suggesta pale gray/ green for a neutral instead I use Gray Wisp BM often and sometimes cut it 25% if I want a really soft colr next to white trim . IMO the floors are what is not working with gray at all.

SW Pure White. Don't be fulled by the name, it is a very versatile color it will not look crisp white but it will suround you with light. Paint it everywhere

I have gone from warmer whites such as Dove White to creamier colors to warmer grays back to creamier. Here a pictures of all the samples I have already bought and tried...

Try B.M. Abalone with the north exposure. It has a purple undertone which works with the cold, gray light coming in the windows.

Haha someobe else in paint hell...no worries we've all been there. You will finalize your paint and house will look beautiful!! SW Pure White is a neutral with almost no undertones that is why its so great. Creamier and "warmer" usually have too much yellow, other grays are either too green, too blue or just too dark.

I personally love warm grays. Look at Worldly Gray or Pale Oak.

Do you think BM Soft Chamois would work? I am really looking to brighten up the space and away from the greige I have today but still add a touch of color. Or would it be too yellow? If that doesn’t work I may just go with white and hope it doesn’t look like I have primer on the wall...

I always use a variation on a white white, and against white trim there is always a contrast because the light affects every wall differently. yellow, grieve and antique whites always show up too dark in low light rooms. White is always a good choice. Remember your lighting will play a big role in the final look. You should like you know what you want. good luck.

Soft Chamois could work great! It's a beautiful color with a slight green undertone. It's still in the greige family though. I also think an off white could look great. Look at Alabaster.
