Not a pro. But if you leave it like it is, grout with product that matches the tile pretty well, you will never ever again notice the tiles. No one will. And that is good.

You picked wrong size tile for your expectation. If you can, return those and get 12x24 size. I think you might like that better. Do match grout to tile. Personally, the tiles you have wouldn’t bother me at all. It’s a small laundry room.

@Flo Mangan Thank you very much for your suggestions. This is not a very small room, but it is long and narrow. The area in the picture is less than half of the room. The color of the tile I picked for this room did not work well. I had this tile on hand for another room, so I decided to use it. Also I do like larger tiles which give more contemporary and cleaner look. But I did wonder maybe 12*24 is better.

Here is rough way 12 x 24 marble look porcelain would look laid across room in brick pattern.

You wouldn’t see grout lines much at all with matching color grout.

@Flo Mangan The drawing is amazing. Thanks. My room is 159* 69 with a small closet in the corner. Is it better to lay tile horizontally or vertically?

@LilDesignWorks Thank you for your opinions. That made me less worry. If I want to flip the other way, I will only waste one corner piece which is not very bad.

Horizontal or across room. That will make space feel wider.

Here is narrow laundry with Approx 12 x 24” marble lookalike tiles laid across space in offset or brick pattern. I would choose more subtle pattern in the tile though.
