What a beautiful home

I’m wondering if there is much heat transfer and reflection of the sun while you are enjoying the outdoor patio?
(Compared to wood siding)

    We have not noticed any problems with heat reflecting off the exterior walls,…but then we’re in northern Berkshire County Mass near the Vermont border. Heat is generally not a problem.

    We would also like to know what the roof colour is, it doesn’t look like galvanized, is it white or grey?

    It is a light grey steel roof with a Kynar coating.
